PROBLEM
California DHCS and Shatterproof needed a cohesive statewide campaign to reduce stigma around substance use disorder, with no unified digital presence, content system, or visual templates in place.

SOLUTION
Applied and extended the existing brand identity across all campaign touchpoints. Designed and developed a 10-page bilingual website, created video outro and template assets, and produced 5,357 pieces of bilingual content across social media, billboards, story videos, animated EduBits videos, and a documentary intro built in After Effects.
